How We Work

Hygiene is part of DAS Group's DNA. We've invested in modern cold rooms and quality staff to ensure clean, fresh food every time.

Receiving

Every delivery is inspected for quality and freshness before entering our facility. Only the best fish from Lake Victoria passes our intake check.

Cleaning

Fish is cleaned three times before the final rinse and a second quality & freshness check — ensuring the highest hygiene standards at every stage.

Processing & Packaging

Fish is dripped, packaged to specification, and prepared for cold storage or direct delivery to international and local clients worldwide.
