Every delivery is inspected for quality and freshness before entering our facility. Only the best fish from Lake Victoria passes our intake check.
Fish is cleaned three times before the final rinse and a second quality & freshness check — ensuring the highest hygiene standards at every stage.
Fish is dripped, packaged to specification, and prepared for cold storage or direct delivery to international and local clients worldwide.
DAS Group holds all required compliance documents including a Fish Trader's Licence under the Fisheries Act, NEMA environmental clearance, Fish Movement Permits, HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practice certifications.
